Fun girls working at the front desk and they had Starbucks in the lobby.

I wanted to walk around downtown, but we we're near the airport. However, they did shuttle me around.

Everything was great, the hotel was great and pretty. The staff was pleasant and very courteous, excellent service. Our room was spotless, new-fashioned and equipped with a king bed in the bedroom and TV and fridge.

The Exterior looks nice, and I am sure the rooms & suites are nice also. The handicap room we were put in was not nice or clean, even though we requested a diffrent room.

The desk clerk was rude, and the communication between the front desk clerks is bad. We called earlier to tell the front desk that we would be a little late in comming in and not to cancel our reservation. They went ahead and cancelled our reservation and said there was no note anywhere indicating that we were still comming in. The front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do, but still charge us for the room. We told him we are here now and to give us the room, he said he gave away our room already. We told him, if there was anything he could do, like giving us a refund or another room. He said he didn`t know how to use the computer to give us a refund or give us another room. Finally there was a call that came in and told him to give us the handicap room, and said that was the only room left. We got the room, and check on our computer on your site, and found there were several rooms still available for that day or weekend. This was my experience with Holiday Inn - Thanks for letting me respond.

Excellent accommodations, large, spacious room - very close to airport.

The soft pillows were not truly soft - had a hard core.

The King Suite was cozy and spacious, perfect for our romantic getaway. The bed was super comfortable, made for a nice sleep. The bathroom setup was a real plus too, but I was bummed there was no free breakfast. All in all, clean and well maintained, just what we needed.

Close to airport. Beds were comfortable. Clean.

Restaurant not open for dinner when we arrived at 7:00. One of the reasons we chose hotel was so we wouldn't have to drive to dinner. Also very warm in room. Therefore took air long time to cool room.

Great beds, coffee, free wireless internet access and air conditioning in the room. Location so close to a local casino, and the Hatch Chile store. Easy check-in, parking near the front of the hotel.

Had a blast with my friends at this hotel! We loved how clean and comfy our room was. Took some time to enjoy the International Balloon Fiesta, and we even went hiking in the nearby mountains. The airport shuttle was super convenient, and the on-site restaurant served us great meals every day. Definitely a spot to consider!

We had an issue with one of the beds being right next to the uncomfortable air unit. It made our sleep a bit disrupted having the fan blowing constantly.

convenient to airport and parking car while on trips. Nice to have fridge, etc. OK for the location. Not luxurious, but handy.

Restaurant was poorly run..poor service and lack of explanation about breakfast buffet vs menu selections. Bathroom is fairly new, but is showing mildew from poor sealing in shower and sink. No light in the shower. Extremely noisy extraction fan in the bathroom. Would still like to take a bath in a tub at times.

The clean hot tub was excellent !

The hotel's decor was charming and cute, reminiscent of cozy Southwestern homes. I appreciated the easy access throughout the hotel.

More handrails in bathrooms would be helpful.

Location was convenient to the interstate and the university

The only entrance was to through the lobby and parking was not convenient.

The rooms were very nice and the bed was so comfortable. I really liked the friendliness of the front staff.

The bed is a little tall. I had to practically jump to get on it. It's not made for short people. Plus it could use two laundry bags instead of just one.

The hotel's charming decor reminded me of cozy Southwestern homes. I found it easy to navigate throughout the hotel. The spacious room was clean and well-maintained.

More handrails in bathrooms would be helpful.

Absolutely nothing.

Front desk was giving me wrong keys to wrong room. Then the keys would not work. Elevator and hallways were super hot . either no air conditioner or the aircondition did not work.NO Ventalation. Shower had black mold.
